Poor Customer Service ! We had business account at this location BB&T in Sterling VA. we had an issue with our business account that we need to discuss with the banker, we went there 3 times and waiting for more than 20 minutes each time. there was no one to help us out or at least say what we need. We talk to Bank Manager if he can help us out....! and he said they are short of stuff and we have to wait or come back another time !!! that why we decided to close the account and move to Wells Fargo, much better bank and great customer service. Don't waste your time, go to another branch. They may be nice but they don't know what they are doing. Something as simple as updating an address it too difficult for these people.
