I've had various BB&T accounts for over 10 years. At one time, their banking services were outstanding. Unfortunately, their service excellence has declined dramatically over the years. I would not recommend BB&T banking services to my friends nor colleagues.

It gets worse and worse every time I visit , customer service has gotten horrible over the years . There used to be people there that a small business owner could talk to . I have asked on several occasions for someone from business banking to contact our office , but no one has . The people that open accounts can not answer the questions I have , and frankly I would not believe them anyway. This year we will probably make some changes .

Never had a bad experience here. Family has been with the bank for years, very kind staff, always willing to help and answer questions.
