Love their service and rates. Your website does not work! Can not get it to load on a mobile phone. Please fix then you'll get 5 stars!

Every time I call no one will answers I hit every EXT THEY LIST and they don't have a phone system to where you weight on the line for an avalible person to help you you have to leave messages and I still haven't heard back I've never had a bank do this EVER

No ones available when you call. Someone needs to be able to answer the phone. Love the hometown feel but the whole system seems outdated. I would love to see your website updated with better features like being able to see pending transactions.
