Wells Fargo Bank in Roanoke, VA

Manager rick talked down to me, like I was some little girl. The teller also was not friendly here. This was at the Wells fargo near RMH

Decent experience here and received all the information I needed however the manager Rick as mentioned by another reviewer is indeed very disrespectful and talked down to me as well... i was addressed as buddy several times by this manager and he also addressed me as bud. These names in the tone and manner he used them I consider to be condescending. Did receive the information I needed but did not appreciate being disrespected.

IF you bank with this place DO NOT DEPOSIT A CHECK WITH A WOMAN NAMED SANITA . She has STOLEN MY MOTHER'S CHECK DEPOSIT NOT ONCE BUT TWICE !!!!! SANITA I HOPE YOU SEE THIS BECAUSE IM ON THE WAY TO THE BANK RIGHT NOW !!!!!!

I went here on a saturday to cash a tax return check. I called ahead to ensure that they would be able to cash it and i was informed that it would be no issue. I get to the bank, and then what do you know, they cant cash it. So the teller asks me to deposit it. I ask her, will it be available so that i may take it out? She tells me 400 will be available today and the remainder tomorrow, sunday. I went with it, having already been inconvenienced by this trifiling excuse for customer service. Here i am today, attempting to withdraw my remaining balance, but the funds arent available. I just had a wells fargo team member lie to me over the phone, and then straight to my face. How disrespectful can you get? If this is what you associate good customer service with then you are sorely mistaken. That is an outlandish fallacy. Step up your game before you vanish from this valley as quickly as you appeared, for people will not stand dfor this lack of respect towards them. We will switch banks, and we wont look back. Pathetic.
