My rep is fabulous. With high deductible insurance, the low-interest accounts they offer are a life saver. If ever I have a question, concern, or problem she gets back to me quickly and always - ALWAYS - with a solution.

I wrote a question asking for a list of medics in the Rockbridge County area covered by your service. Your answer was that I should go to all the doctors and ask them myself. I asked what my available credit was and was told that was given to me when I got my card. That was a while ago and I don't remember. I tried to access my account and couldn't. I've either forgotten my user name and password or never had one. I need to use the card for service at a location other than Carilion and don't know if I can. I'm not going to annoy every busy receptionist at every doctor's office in Lexington to ask them if they accept Med Key and I'm not making dozens of useless appointments to fine out when you can easily tell me. And I'm not going to hand anyone a card without knowing how much credit I have available. Just give me a simple email answer please?

I have found medkey to be very unhelpful and it gives a bad name to carillion hospital. I will find a different service provider and hospital due to medkey's ineptitude. I can never get through to a service representative and if I leave a voice message never get a return call. In addition I was told my recurring payment was rejected, for 75 dollars, however all I have left to pay is 78 cents.

Thank goodness for Medkey, so easy to work with:) Donna is fantastic, I can call and talk with her anytime and she is always available. It is nice to have a "real live person" to answer the phones.

I've had nothing but the best experiences with Med Key and the Customer Service is awesome! I am grateful we have this to fall back on for Medical. Thanks so much!
