PrimeLending in Richmond, VA

If you're thinking of contacting Prime Lending, turn around, and RUN in the opposite direction as fast as you can!!! LOST documents, fees beyond belief, DELAYED CLOSINGS NUMEROUS TIMES, (that has now caused me and my son to have NO WHERE to go!!) attitudes, a mortgage broker whose emails sound like their coming from a 2 year old, and an inspection that was done WITHOUT the inspector even ENTERING THE PROPERTY!! We paid about $500 for that inspection, that when I contacted the broker to find out IF we'd be charged for that inspection (a feasibility inspection) he said "it's in the listed POSSIBLE fees"...when I checked, there was NOTHING listed. He wasn't even planning to tell us about the fee, just assumed we'd see it during closing, at which time we couldn't do a thing about it. When I spoke to the supervisor, he had nothing but excuse after excuse, (which were NOT excuses). So now, again, we have no where to go because the renovation has been delayed so long that the contractor wont be anywhere near done by the time my lease is up. AGAIN, RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!!!!
