Misleading information on car loan. Subsequently UnifyFCU loan officer never physically available to correct issues created by unify questionable practice over life of loan. Unify on site representatives do not share or confirm submission of complaints with the customer. Unify cashes payments to but does not allocate or credit designated account(s) then charges late fees and interest fees on that designated account. UnifyFCU charges late fees and interest on months that have been paid in advance on a car loan.
