DriveTime Used Cars in Petersburg, VA

BEWARE!!!!!! This business sold my mother who is a disabled senior citizen a car. She has had that car for 5 months and has had numerous of problems. The air stopped working (which we have gotten fixed) and also the engine burns up 4 quarts of oil within a 2 week spand of time. When you start the car the engine revs and the speedometer gets stuck. You have to turn the traction control button off just to get it to move smoothly. We also found out that we have been overcharged 10,000 dollars for a 2011 Chevy Equinox. We have spoken to someone about taking the car back because it is very dangerous and she helps me with my son. This car is very dangerous and we do not feel safe when driving this car. I would like to speak with the general manager about giving this car back. But I do NOT RECOMMEND this establishment !

I am left in awe. The level of service that I have received at Peters-burg VA DriveTime has been unprecedented.This is a real company that really cares and takes care of people who have credit issues. You have to do your part as well, come in with your pay stubs, your drivers license and a utility bill, smile at the beautiful lady there to greet you when you walk on and then untie your shoes because you must properly prepare to get your socks knocked off. Thank you DriveTime for helping me get into a good vehicle to get to work, to take my kids to practice, and most importantly a second chance to build my credit up and look cool while driving.
