Initial call from Debby was amiable at best. As time went on what little professionalism that was initially present dissipated. The SLP, Cindy, had the least amount of customer service that I encountered during the entire home financing ordeal. The only reason I continued to use Tidewater Home Funding was due to time constraints. Did they do there job? Yes, but not smoothly. If customer service is important to you, I suggest you shop around. If customer service is not one of your requirements/expectations when making a 6 figure business transaction, THF may work for you.

Michelle and Vicki did an awesome job in such a short period of time. Thank you so much. I really appreciate everything they did for me. I have and will continue to recommend them.
