I don't understand how BB&T stays in business. I pull n2 the drive thru & the lady doesn't speak to me at all...she makes me wait while she's doing something else...she pushes the drawer out I tell her what I need...she pulls the drawer back talks up a storm to someone inside the bank...does my deposit pushes it back out to me and that's it...no thank u for coming have a great day, nothing...it was like I didn't matter or was an inconvenience to her...
