Hillary Legrain and the First Savings Mortgage team were absolutely incredible (in addition to Hillary, I worked with Jackie Rafferty and Carmin Newman--I imagine there were many others behind the scenes). As a first time home buyer, Hillary talked me through the process and patiently answered any and all of my questions. She and her team clearly communicated all needs, responded to questions incredibly quickly, and managed the loan process efficiently and with expertise. It became clear to me why other actors in the real estate industry respect Hillary and First Savings Mortgage. I had to travel out of the country in between putting in an offer and closing. As a result, I was a bit anxious about making sure I had all of the paperwork submitted quickly and at times, I moved too quickly. Carmin Newman, who works with Hillary, was so patient and reassuring. She continued to answer, what felt to me like silly questions after closing. It was a pleasure to work with them.
