Few weeks ago went to drive thru about five minutes to closing. Two lanes still open. Sat there twenty minutes and was the very last one and they told me "your not on the camera you came in after we closed" I said to them both lanes where open when I pulled in and that I had waited twenty minutes. "Oh we have already balanced our drawers for the day" I was like you just served the guy in front of me for ten minutes! As well as the guy that went through after you all closed. "Oh well" I hate valleystar now. This is second time they have BSed me and I'm just done.

Since Valley Star has grown, the personal service has decreased. Our equity line was just canceled without our knowledge. Also a form was to have been mailed to us but never was. I am looking for another local bank now!

This ain't KFC, you may have to wait a little longer than 5 minutes for service but it was WELL worth the wait! This is where I will always have my money. The staff is very friendly and I love the new changes! Can't wait for the new branches closer to my home!
