Let's just say.....I just brought a car on January 07, 2017 and they DO NOT HONOR THERE 30 day WARRANTY!!!!!! I need my car fix because it didn't pass Maryland inspection, and KARGAR MOTOR WILL NOT FIX IT!!! Don't go to them you will waste your money. Remember I just got my car 8 days ago!!!!!

Julius helped me a lot of looking for a car. I got me a car that I'm satisfied with. My dad & my brother said Julius treat them like family that I can agree on . First, I must make sure that everyone knows the review is for the Manassas store only. So far, this has been the worse car buying experience ever!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They tried to sell my daughter a car for $6k over the quoted price. THEN I found out that there was frame damage on the car. They have no ethics and rigged my references on the application without any prompting from me. They told me to lie to the finance company in order to ensure the loan went through. I am placing a complaint with the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). As for the refund of $1800, they say it will take up to 10 days and that they will charge me for the one day w/mileage. I have had to make trips there to straighten things out. It is 44 miles. Maybe I should charge them as well.

Avoid this dealership at all cost!! Waist of time all they care about is how much of a down payment they can get off you! Start off by saying we just need to do a soft credit check to see what your looking at for a monthly payment , before even showing you the car! The credit check is a hard inquiry that was lie 1 and lie 2 is everyone is approved, that is if you have at least half the cost of the car to put down as a down payment! Unless your trying to be taken advantage of stay away, they try and prey off of desperate consumers!
