Apple Federal Credit Union in Manassas, VA

Credit unions>banks. Sometimes runs promotions to get you free money. Could only be better if they started passing out cash to their patrons.

I'm very dissatisfied with the service,I recently open an account with apple and the agent did not give me a welcome package and besides that I didn't get my Apple ID so I had to drive there the 2nd day to get my Apple ID and my first check box which she said it's free ,as I get there the cashier said she can send my check box to my house ,so I said that's fine and now it's the 4th day that I don't have access to my account everytime I call apple they keep telling me to go back to nearest branch,This really sucks big time ,the agent who open my account she seemed like in so Much rush,I was trying to tell her my experience in pen federal bank and she keep ignoring because she was in so much rush. I didn't expect this from you apple management I come to apple to get the treatment I deserve but you failed after all it's the customers why you get a paychecks I don't care what your position is . I don't think I can go back to them to fix my issue I might as well just get my money out and go to other bank. Shame on you apple with your Poor Poor management hires .

Always loved coming here , great service from Brian and also great service from Jared. Really hope The bank holds on to them
