The service at this branch is the worst possible! If you bank here or at BOA for that matter you could get FAR better service at ANY other bank! I will never bank with BOA again...........

I went in and received quick and courteous service. Whatever the problems were in the past (based on reading the other Google Reviews), there have been staff changes (I asked) and I found it to be as good as every other BofA I've visited.

I've been banking with them for 20 years, always pleased until recently...when they froze my check card without notifying me, it wasn't until I went to pay for dinner and my card was denied even though I had well over 2 grand in my accoun . I was told a web site I purchased something on was hacked...they said a nre card had been sent...but not to my address...I have lived at the same place for 20 years...WTF

I was very happy with my service at the Wards Rd location. The personal banker I sat down with really took an interest in helping. Definitely going to be back in the future. Bank here if you can.
