The worst bank branch ever. Whenever I go to them to get a check cashed they always have this nice smile on their face asking me if i want open an account, Once i say no that smile goes away hard times start. My each visit to this branch is a problem. If you don t have an account with them you re not a human being. They will do anything not to cash that check.

I agree with the other customer service review. Wells Fargo has to be worse than Bank of America on fees. Also, they put cash and checks written on Wells Fargo accounts into a pending status for days, even though they aren't supposed to. When asked about this, tellers will tell you that they are not supposed to do this, but when you complain about it, you get the run around. An "I'm sorry" only goes so far when you are told one thing and do another on a continuous basis. I will be looking for another banking institution asap!!

This guys have one of the poorest public notary service. I was told to wait two minutes and after twelve minutes of waiting the agent informed me to wait additional ten minutes to get the notary service. I wasn't satisfied in their customer service but the manager was kind enough to come out of the building to ease the situation after I walked out of the bank. After my frustration, I went to Bank of America which was 0.8 miles from this location and finished it in just two minutes. There is also a UPS store which can do the job for you at the same location as Bank of America.
