Wells Fargo Bank in Locust Grove, VA

Cashing one check should not take 30 minutes!!!!

This is the absolute worst bank i have ever had the misfortune of doing business with! Their staff is incompetent and should not be allowed to handle anyone's money! They have the absolute worst customer service and all they do is talk down to you like you're a child. I've given them several copies of my POA and somehow they are always missing or lost or were not fully submitted. All they do is make up excuses for why things go wrong and never have a solution to fix it or own up to any of their many mistakes! They've lost my deposits and it's taken weeks for me to see the deposit they claimed I " never " gave to them! Also when I asked to have their corporate office number so I can call and complain they refused to give it to me and often hung up I me! I actually work for a different bank and they still tried lying to me about how things should be done not to mention that when they found out what bank I worked for they started trash talking about the bank in front of me! Save yourself some trouble and bank anywhere else but this horrible place!!!

Friendly service and fast i normally go threw drive threw they always give the kids lollipops and the dog a bone

Terrible service we have been with wells fargo/wachovia since 2002 and prior I had an account with jefferson national. I have never had any issues in a branch of wells fargo or any other bank as much as this one. The staff is incompetent and unhelpful. I would rather drive the extra 12 miles to the next branch than deal with them . Even a simple cash deposit is difficult with them .
