Bank of America Financial Center in Leesburg, VA

Watch out for Bank of America and non banking ATM's. Apparently I am a idiot. But I was under the impression that your bank and the ATM will take out the fee for using the ATM 1-2 times when making a withdraw. Once from the bank and then from the ATM at most. O'no they will charge you multiple times for the with draw. Lost $40 off of two transactions. The fraud department only had to say "sorry miss but that is what happens when you don't go to your banks ATM" I said " the closes Bank of America is thirty minutes away, I have no choice because I can't afford the time nor gas to do that every time I need to withdraw, isn't that steeling? Since I only agreed to a one time fee?" Her "nope you can be charged multiple times through different networks since your not using your bank"----thanks for screwing me over Bank of America! Enjoy my hard earned money, you heartless people! I have been a loyal customer for over six years, will be switching asap!!!!

Lines too long ...it takes way too long to get my check deposited....

I have always been greeted with a smile (Ms.Mylinda). The Officers have been very gracious and of help. The most I have waited was 20 SEC!

Horrible service, long lines all the time. And I am not even talking about this particular location. Could not stand it anymore, closed my account.

Her name is Maliha she is racist I am Asian. I didn't understand her English. because she has accent. when I didn't understand her 1 sentence, her face was frown like wtf you don't understand English? she is so rude . Also she doesn't know anything about bank work. she has to learn bank work again.When I deposit my money, it took over 30 min.
