Terrible customer service combined with 1940s policies. Won't accept faxed paperwork. It all has to be done face to face which means long waits at the branch office.

I was member sometime ago. Went to cash a a check from a member of VACU. Decided to use drive thru. They won't cash a check drafted by their members unless your a member. I have to go inside. What a bunch of Bullsh*t! I'm disabled, I accepted a draft from your institution as payment! I was told could possibly join, why!?! That's just a"Mickey Mouse" move. So much for cultivating future members. Your petty BS has left a bad taste in my mouth.
