Loved best service and people!!!

I have received terrible service here before but this was awful. I waited in line to talk to the "next representative" and was blown off when two people were taken ahead of me for the same reason. Then with four people sitting in the lobby the manager would not even pay anyone attention or help any of us. Instead she played on her cell phone while I waited 45 minutes with my mother to put in a loan application for a vehicle that should have taken 20 minutes

Best place to bank at. So much better than BB&T. Service is great! Recommend everyone to bank here. :-)

Just wanted to check the balance of a prepaid card, the transaction took forever and was not able to be done on-line or over the automated phone system. Many things about this credit union are 50 years behind the times!
