Easiest refinance experience ever. I hadn't taken advantage of better loan rates available over last few years because of the cost and hassle of typical refinance efforts. My expectations for a hassle free, stress free closing were not too high, since everyone I know says there are ALWAYS delays and issues with real estate closings. What a wonderful surprise! No stress, no delays, wonderful communication and customer service. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process! Highly recommend CapCenter to anyone looking for a real estate loan. And the icing on the cake was our cost savings! Great experience all around.

started out helpful but when the hire an appraiser that under valued my house by at least 20% if not more. they didn't want to help get thing straightened out i was just a number if the intrest rates hadn't climbed in the process i would have told them to go f$%^ themselves
