Closed the drive up windows and reduced tellers in this branch. This is located in one of the fastest growing regions in Northern Virginia. Added automated teller machines. Bank of America bought our mortgage from another lender. Hope someone buys it from them soon. Today 2 tellers were puzzling out one client, leaving one teller to serve the remaining 8 persons in line. The automated machines are for BOA card holders. Many in line voicing their frustration of poor customer service.

Terrible drive through service. Non-cooperative machines make for an awful experience. Bring back real people or shut down.

Does anyone at this branch ever pick up a phone call? I have called different days all at different times and not one person has picked up. WTH?

Customer service is so bad and unprofessional I wait over 45 minutes for just notarized and than after that, she came and help customer that came in way after me. Worst bank of America ever, they should closed it or bring new professional ppl.
