Very rude Horrible customer service While sitting there talking to us she just stopped in the middle and started talking to someone else Told us we were able to get this sim amount and then said never mind She didn't know the worth of my car or how much I had to pay on it She didn't know because she just stopped helping half way and started helping someone else

PREDATORY LENDING PRACTICES!!!! If I could give 0 Stars, I would! 1- They will charge the maximum allowable interest rate by law in the state (35%) - when asked why - they responded "We charge everyone that, regardless". 2- We changed the address on our account MONTHS ago - paid off our loan weeks ago... and the title to the collateral on our secured loan was mailed to our OLD ADDRESS. This is after we've been receiving financial statements at our new address for three months. The local branch paid no attention to our online updates and decided that it was perfectly okay to rely on their local paper based records rather than confirming our address before mailing out materials. 3. Deliberately confusing inaccuracies and inconsistencies of language - Sign in and the online account will tell you your account is prepaid for a year in advance... receive a paper statement and all of a sudden you have a payment due the next month... So which one is the correct due date? You can't rely on the information from either source without either over paying principle or getting slapped with a delinquent payment fee. Thankfully - as soon as we realized what kind of place this is, we paid off our loan immediately in order to avoid having a continuing relationship with them. I can't imagine what type of consumer abuse we would have gone through had we had to make monthly payments for the duration of our loan. They may seem nice and kind to your face - but they're predatory lenders with no business sense whatsoever. Don't do business with this organization.

Everything was good for a whole year till my farther was laid off and everything was getting harder. We tried working with them making small payments and she kept changing things and lying .We talked to corporate and they are fixing and working with us and nicer ,but I will never work with this branch again
