They're OK, I don't like the service charge fee of $7 for electronic or over the phone payments. They'll also send you a rude letter if you're slightly behind stating that you're avoiding them etc. I've been late once due to my pay day schedule and I'll call and as why do they have to send rude letters. Sometimes my payments are on the weekends so when you call the absolute next business day, they'll ask why are you late? :/

They used to be GREAT til they now incur a $7 fee for putting thru your payment. That used to be FREE for the last 2 1/2 years I have been with them. Now their "convenience" fee is INCONVENIENT to their customers. VERY UNHAPPY... just think of how many people are going to be late because now they have to remember to mail a check prior to the payment date AS WELL AS hope and pray the mailman does loose it or is late delivering it or from bad weather and the government shuts down. I don't know anyone who deserves $7 for typing in 12 digits into a machine. Nobody here makes $7 per MINUTE.

they dont have refinancing options even if you pay early double up on time like no customer appreciation and its inconvient convenient fees suck for those who pay on time and to top it off they screwed up my ssn and had my payments under someone else's name

These people have stated that after 72 hours of your payment being late that they are able to legally repossess your vehicle and that they provide zero grace period. According to Virginia Law, they have to actually sent a letter stating the amount you are in arrears, and the interest, penalty, etc., also stating that you need to pay by such and such date or your vehicle may be repossessed. They do not do that. They will harass the crap out of you the moment you are one day late. I have had this loan for 3 years now and I may be a week or may 2 weeks at the most late sometimes ( my payments depend upon my pay schedule) but the very day after the payment is due you will receive harassing and threatening phone calls and emails. They promised me that I wouldn't be upside down in another car, I even refinanced my car with them for a lower payment, and the car is now only worth under 5K and I still owe over 8K. I wouldn't do business with these people. I have never had a finance company be so harassing and saying that they have NO GRACE period and that they can repossess your vehicle after 72 hours. Look up Virginia repossession laws. What they tell you is untrue and unlawful!
