I've been a member for a little bit over six months now, I have been receiving consistent professional and very capable excellent service, everyone at this institution it's helpful professional knowledgeable and courteous. As a customer high find everything I need for its pamphlets websites or even when I call directly. I recommend their services to everyone.

Sub-standard products and sub-standard customer service. Guess what, if you have loan with them you can't pay your loan from another bank account unless you have an automatic withdrawal setup. It is like you are forced to go to their shop or face a penalty. You can't access statements older than 3 months or otherwise you should pay for it. I have been with them for a few years I had the worst experience.

It always shocks me when people write bad reviews. I have been a member for more than 10 years. I had multiple car loans and accounts. I have never had a problem with them. the staff is always courteous and professional and their services are much better than the banks that are too big to fail.

Have never had a problem with this credit union and I'm not understanding all this negativity, but I guess everyone has there own experience and mine is great, customer service and all. Thank you Arlington Community Federal Credit Union for all your services
