Have been in there twice in 2 weeks. Waited 10 minutes each time. Was there to BUY!!!! Walked out for lack of being waited on. Would give no stars but you have to give 1 to review.

It has not been the most pleasant at this point in time. I know it's a pawn shop but at the same time this place is very unorganized and the customer service is lacking. I don't know how many times I've paid pawn interest on the same item and the been told that it was enough, even though the receipt said so. Even after they look at the receipt their like we'll if you want us to hold it we need more money! I will not use this pawn shop in the future. If you want to be treated right then go see Ron Frank in Pulaski. I've learned my lesson
