My wife and I have worked with Jennifer Meredith on two mortgages and a refinance over the last six years and will keep on coming back if we need anything mortgage related again. The first mortgage we shopped around quite a bit to find the best rate and Jen beat them all (at the time she was with a different company that was bought out). A few years later when we wanted to take advantage of the even lower available rates, Bank of America quoted a slightly better rate for a refinance but after a week of trying to get the numbers written clearly on paper and straight answers we had enough and wanted someone we could trust - from then of the refinance process was easy. Our last home purchase was in June and after a quick check of the rates - Jen was able to get us what we wanted and as always made the process easy, transparent, kept good communication, and even though we needed a fast turnaround (during part of which she was on vacation) on a more complicated than normal mortgage - she delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any friends or family in need of a mortgage broker.

I have been having a very difficult time trying to deal with this group of people. Three to four days for a response, when I send emails daily with more questions daily. When trying to get information when my fiancé and I know nothing in regards to buying a house is the equivalent to pulling teeth. I become very upset. This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. As one the the mortgage assistants said to me in an email..."good luck." Wish you the best.
