Please hire who can do the job, I just have a very bad experience from one of your supervisor her name is Amena Huq... ,I am trying to deposit $5000 money order she turned me done,damn I drive about a mile to the Bank of America deposit $5000 money order in their location....... Dang you are right ..... The manager don't have any experience,don't know how to create their customer

Horrible branch. Branch manager does not understand customer service. He is rude and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. On several occasions they have deposited very large deposits in the wrong account even with the account number printed on the back of the check. The manager refuses to take action to avoid these mistakes in the future. Always check your deposit slip before you leave this branch.

Courteous staff, have yet to experience much of a wait, seems very clean. Hours could be longer though, to accommodate folks who work 9-5 and can't make it to the bank during that timeframe.
