Credit Union Mortgage Association in Fairfax, VA

I am a Realtor in Florida and currently trying to sell a home to a buyer here that is getting their mortgage with this lender. They have been rude and uncommunicative from DAY ONE! One employee informed me that she "does not get commission, I'm salary." She never has answers for us when we call. This should have closed yesterday, and we still have no idea when or IF it's going to close, and the buyers are in a hotel with their kids and dogs and are about to lose the house and their deposit money as a result of the lack of effort and integrity of this bank...and they don't even care! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LENDER!

Couldn't ask for more... Love these folks. They got all others involved in the buying process including the realtor, titling company, etc., moving and were very quick. I was able to close on the home in under 7 days!!! Thank you Tony Taneja !!!

Great folks to work with! Loved that everything was handled in house start to finish and my loan wasn't shipped off to some "processing group" in North Carolina, California, North Dakota, or worse...overseas. They can get busy sometimes but be patient with them, provide what is asked for and you'll be super happy like me:)

Gave us a mortgage rate/term no other lender could come close to matching. Our closing attny said it was the best he had ever seen. Some of people who processed our paperwork fumbled things a bit, but in the end we were very very happy.
