I do most of my banking online but the few times I have gone into this branch have been wonderful. They usually have enough tellers workers so the wait is reasonable and all the tellers are nice.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Last Saturday, Brad was supposed to be helping me. I'm at the counter but Brad helps a person who is still in line first. He wanted a deposit slip. Instead of waiting until the customer gets to him, Brad stops what's he's doing with me, gives the guy the deposit slip and then comes back to me. So rude! Why are you helping the guy in line before helping me, the one right in front of me
