How does a bank stay open Monday thru Thursday from 9:00am until 5:00am and from 9:00am until 6:00am on Friday's?? The use of Military Time would make for a lot less confusion.

I stopped into this branch on a Saturday after discovering my account had been compromised and fraudulent charges had been made. I am from West Virginia and was in Christiansburg for the day. Monica Wylie, Branch Banker, took extra good care of my wife and I. The problem was fixed in a matter of minutes and new debit cards were issued to avoid further trouble. I really appreciate the effort and service. I highly recommend BB&T, particularly this branch, if you live in the NRV.
