Not happy have account with them . Somehow my account was hacked and the company that refunded money . The bank decided to keep $20 . After the company said it was not my fault. Microsoft refunded my money after I paid 4 months . Then the bank charges me to deposit money back in my account ..

Really GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....I have always been treated with dignity and respect. The Chester branch staff is the GREATEST...I haven't tired other branches but I CELEBRATE the staff in Chester. Great Job...Keep up the good work.

Wendy was very kind & took care of things for my daughter's account that other branches hadn't. It was also a short wait on a Friday. Best experience I've ever had with a credit union.

These people have no sense of customer service and treats you like dirt if you're not a member. I went in to this location back in July 2011 to see if I can re-open a checking/savings account I closed with them a few years back. The lady who was assisting me (fat middle aged black woman with glasses) took me into her office and sat me down. About 5 minutes into the process, another lady just came into the office and began conversing with her, completely disregarding the fact that we're in the middle of something or even acknowledging my presence. The lady who was helping me stopped what she was doing and the two women proceeded to have a casual conversation for over 5 minutes right in front of me, much of which didn't sound to be work-related. Not even an "Excuse me" or "Please give us a moment" from either one of them. After almost 10 minutes of this, I got fed up. I got up from my chair and calmly told them I'm going to go ahead and go now because whatever they're discussing must be far more important than the customer sitting right in front of you. Needless to say, I didn't reopen my account with them. Fast forward to May 2015, I stopped by to inquire about the date when my account was closed. I signed in at the computer screen and took my seat, then waited for over an hour & 30 minutes as I witnessed everyone people who signed in AFTER I did being called to be assisted. None of the representative who came out even acknowledged my presence and I left without being helped. Totally disgusting! I'm not a customer of the oft-demonized Wells Fargo, and even the people there treated me better than the employees at this Chester Virginia Credit Union branch here.
