Unbelievable! Love this place! From NC visiting family & will be back to Greenbrier Pawn Shop! The sales lady that helped me Nicole was excellent! The manager was very helpful too along with the jeweler! Great place, I would be here all the time if I lived here!! Guess my husband is grateful I don't!!! Lol

Took a family heirloom in today that is well over a hundred years old and was very nervous about the redesign I wanted to have done. The knowledge, experience, interest and attention they gave to me was incredible. I plan on going back to them for more work in the future. I highly recommend them. Only place I go for my jewelry, sometimes I see great deals on tools as well. Amber and all the girls in there are very helpful. There also great with jewelry repair, sizing, ect. Never have a problem. 5 stars. All day!!

The staff is very receptive, professional, and pleasant. I brought two laptops from here and they were both priced well and worked well. The staff is very helpful. They always go the extra mile in customer service and give you the best deals possible. Awesome pawn shop...best in Tidewater in my opinion.

Was 1 Star per my Original Review (see below) but now a 5 Star due to the immediate response by the business owner and the quick corrective measures of the shop manager. This business will provide their scrap gold offering price over the phone. Original Review - Trying to sell scrap gold. This business was the only one out of six area shops I called in succession that would not state over the phone what they paid for scrap gold (even approximately). Given the amount of advertising they do to state that they are the best you might think they would be proud to tell you.
