Banked with them all 4 years at VT and never had a problem. Wish they didn't close their Squires Branch though :(

I created this account because the branch and ATM were within walking distance of my house. Biggest mistake ever. Despite several attempts to get access to my online account I was never able to do so, even after coming into a branch multiple times to "set it up". The employees were rude and had personal conversations while I was waiting so coming into a branch was pretty annoying especially since I left in no better shape than when I arrived. I didn't want to close the account for credit reasons so I left it open. One day I'm looking at my credit report and they have closed the account for me with a negative balance and placed it in collections. I call them to find out what's going on and they inform me that they have slapped me with a bunch of fees over the last year. I was never informed of any fees and I was never informed of the account closing or the fact that I owed them any money. They never sent me statements and I was never able to gain access to my account online. I have disputed the charges on my credit report and paid their balance simply because I want to be rid of them and never have to deal with them again. Save yourself some headache and don't do business with this sketchy, poorly run bank.
