This bank has to be the worst! My husband accidently left his wallet on top of the atm machine so I called the bank to see if they could go out there and get it so no dishonest person would take it. The lady (Alisha) told me the atm is really tall & she don't know how my husband could of left it on there.(she was a smartmouth b×tch) and I told her My husband is 6'6, he got out of my car to use the atm. She said she would have someone go look and took my number to call me within 5-10 minutes. I immediately drove back to the bank, my husband's wallet was still laying on the atm! This was a 30 minute drive btw. The lazy ass lady never looked or had anyone look. I called and asked to speak to the manager but she was in a meeting and was told she would call me after meeting. It's been 5 hours and no phone...

This branch is the worst!!!! I go to the branch in down town Richmond on the regular and I have never been hassled. I will NOT be conducting my business with this branch ever again.
