I went to the drive through teller, pressed the call button and was graciously welcomed. I said I had two checks and cash to deposit. I sent my deposit through the tube and waited what felt like 5 minutes. I got my receipt and only two checks had been deposited. I called again and the manager answered and asked me what happened and I told him, he apologized and a few minutes later they sent me a receipt of the cash deposit. The teller said she had put the cash aside and forgotten about it. Very shady indeed. They were not busy at all and there was obviously cash in the tube I submitted.

Terrible. I live in Florida and can't see all my accounts online. They won't tell me on the phone. They can't pull up previous paperwork I sent them. I literally had to come to Virginia to find out what was in the accounts.
