Lender would never provide me letter to remove finance contingency. Deadline of settlement came and went, and the lender, Mr. Park still was asking buyer for documents. The day after settlement was supposed to occur, I got a call looking for Homeowners Association information. Insurance information that should have been requested weeks ago! The seller is going to find the buyer in default....all because of the lender! Very upset buyer...and very angry seller! I say STAY away from this company! I won't accept another sales contract with them as the lender!

Simmy is the best loan officer I have worked. She is the one who took it upon herself to ensure we got all the approvals in order to go into settlement. After wasting time (45 days) with another mortgage company not even worth mentioning. She was able to meet with us and in less than 10 days we were at closing. Forever thankful with her and the staff she works with as well as all the ones who helped make this possible when we had lost all hope. Recommend anyone and everyone to at least meet with Simmy before going anywhere else.
