They could not make one checking account for my wife and I with 2 different debit card with 2 different pins, it is not that hard, we were with TD Bank for 8 years but now we kind of regret the move, we will be moving probably to Navy Fed Credit Union

Closed my checking account but left my savings account open so they could receive my direct deposit, they didn't tell me any of this until my cards stopped working and my checks bounced and I had to call them. They were unapologeticand simply said ok bye.

After being a 22 year member, I am disappointed. I called to verify terms of three ELOCs to ensure my payments would be according to the terms and nothing was missed. I made a large withdrawal, and several days later the payment amount was different and a ticket was submitted to find out why. I was told that I could convert the ELOC from P&I to interest only and the paperwork would be sent. After business day 11, I called to find out the status. I was told I was not approved, although there was never an approval process described. I asked why I was not contacted and was told "I'm sorry" by the manager. They did nothing to seek a resolution or to keep a long term customer. PFCU gave me a reason to look to do business elsewhere where customers come first. I hope PFCU management reads this and takes action.
