Terrible! I have been a customer for 12 years & now I can NEVER access my accounts through their website to pay bills, transfer $, etc. When I call to complain they ask for my social security # just to tell me when the website will be back up. I sent a written complaint to them weeks ago and they never responded.

I recently had a car accident in which my car was totaled. I visited the location to ask whether or not I should continue the payments due to my car insurance needing to pay my car loan off. She advises me that I shouldnut pay anymore since I made them aware of the situation. Long story short my credit took a major hit due to " late payment" which ultimately got me declined for a new car loan
