Nationwide Credit Corporation in Alexandria, VA

NCC has been calling me everyday for 18 months (since I got a new phone #) asking for Stephanie stretcher, they cal and call and call and call and call, no matter how many time they say they will take it off the list they continue to call and call and call and call and call and call and call, What part of Wrong number don't they get!!!!!!! How stupid can someone get to be a collection caller....

I am active duty military. Virginia's tax office did not place my account in "waived" for property taxes, and sent me to collections. I promptly (less than 24 hours) sent in all of my documents. Three weeks later, no progress on my account. So I reached out to the tax office personally. In less than 4 hours the county tax office was able to verify the mistake, and waived my tax...said I was good. I didn't hear anything for a month until NCC contacted me again saying I still owed money. I showed them the federal law (SSCRA) and state/county policies that show I don't owe the money...and even the emails from the county showing it was waived. They didn't buy it and kept threatening to send me to debt collectors. This continued until I got the VA state attorney's office, FTC, BBB, my base JAG office/DOJ, and local media outlets involved. Finally my account was cleared.... It shouldn't take ALL OF THAT to have a debt collector follow very simple federal, state, and county laws/policies...especially when its with a member of the armed forces. This company is a racketeering disgrace.

I haven't received a single call and I have received a letter once a month showing the exact same amount due. I have called and tried to have it corrected. They always have an attitude and the do not seem to know what they're doing. How can I email you documents for my case and you have no access to the documents that I send you. They have terrible follow up.

Dont deserve one star. It's a messed up place. Agents got attitude all of the time. I supposedly owe some money from a medical visit out of state. I thought my insurance took care of it until I kept getting these amount due statements from the insurance department. I was transferred many times to different places and finally landed here NCC which is where I pay my amount due. NCC and I set up a payment plan. However I was only charged the 1st month. I called and they said Pendrick Capital Partners cancelled my account and I no longer have a active account. I looked them up and many reviews said they are a scamming company. I dont know what the hell is going on. Everyone is acting stupid like they dont know how this happened. I am beyond ferrous because this wasted money and my time listening to these fools.

I would have paid them several months ago had they only been a little more professional over the phone. I did not rob a bank I forgot to pay my dentist....so no need for the unprofessional attitude. Phone call quality is also poor.
