Can't get s*** done at this branch! Claim *ALL* requests take (estimated) 1-2 days to process, and subject to approval by *BRANCH MANAGER*. Apparently, branch *MANAGED* by some idiot because history (since opening an account) reminds me things never get done even in a week's time! Folks, close all your accounts and move to PenFed directly across the street. They will value your money and time, *PROPERLY*.

I went to the branch located in kingstowne 22315. I wanted to open a savings account since my sister had been a member a while ago and had told me about how great apple federal was. Doris was having trouble explaining about the packages they offer and said that she was supposed to leave "now" and that she lived far away. She asked why I was so afraid to open a checkings account and when I said I was testing apple with the savings account she said, well we got lots of members so if you don't like it then..... Based on that experience Doris doesn't care about providing a great experience.
