Mountain America Credit Union in Woods Cross, UT

Been a MACU member for 11 yrs. One of the worst experience I had with this location. Saturday, and literally had 12 minutes til closing. only drive thru was open needed to pull funds out of my debit card from a different bank. And the teller says I would have to come inside to do this transaction but there inside was closed. He sd it would take a longer process to complete the transaction and I was like "seriously, I'm the only car here and yall about to close" told him I've done it plenty of times at all the locations I've been to. And he just kept saying he couldnt help me. Bc i ddnt hve time to argue with him I just rushed to the other location in bountiful by target and they definitely assisted me. And yes through the drive thru. Maybe the teller frm the other location was just too lazy to copy my DL on the paper receipt

After fighting through the regalia that ensues with every other bank, the changes and the turnover of unhappy employees...AT LAST, the most amazing bank that ever has been. Cheerful, happy and most helpful staff - this bank works really hard a getting this taken care of and finding solutions for your banking needs. Deanne Freeman was THE best manager of any bank I have dealt with, may her legacy continue. MACU Woods Cross..you ARE the best....ever I would not hesitate in recommending this bank/branch.

What A Great Experience! Had Some Reservations About The Online Banking Program, And Was Highly Impressed With The Customer Service!

I first was with the SLC Credit Union, who then merged with Mountain America Credit Union. They have been great to work with. They have great customer service which is the FIRST key to keeping customers. It's amazing how some companies care and others don't. I was in Florida and went to a national chair where I have my vehicle loan. And if it weren't for the low interest rate I have I would pull my business away faster than a speeding bullet, able to jump tall building. Does that make my point. I've heard a lot of people that don't like a lot of the national chains. I'm so glad we have Mountain America CU. Keep up the good work. I'm moving to Florida, and I'm going to keep using them as my primary got to bank.

I was with Salt Lake Credit Union when they merged with Mountain America. I was kind of skeptical because I'm not a fan of change, but it turned out to be a great change. I really like my Woods Cross Branch and they are so helpful to me when I need them. I will always be a member. Had someone steal my debit card number somehow and they flagged it for not being a typical purchase I would make, plus it was in another country. They called me and let me know about it and took care of it for me and I wasn't out anything. Maybe other banks do the same thing, but I was so happy with Mountain America for doing that for me. Also, my vehicle loans have been a wonderful experience through them.
