i find nbs customer service outstanding. they are prompt to respond to your questions, even call to follow up on more difficult issues. they are patient in their explanations....i had a hard time with the $500 rollover and why, how it works, etc. the website for checking claims, uploading claims is good. tho trying to find a list of not eligible items was difficult. customer service responded the next day with a list.

Just got off the phone with an excellent representative for NBS. She was very helpful and friendly. The entire call took less than 8 minutes. Great job!

Awesome Group!!! The always communicate and follow through on all claim experiences have submitted. On an occasion I have failed to supply the adequate information need on a claim or two. They notify as soon as possible to fix the information, and what I need to supply. I cant express enough how much I enjoy their service and skill. Thank you!!!

I thought i had lost my Mastercard, so I contacted NBS online, and had two responses the very next morning. And a clear e-mail with action needed on my part. Turns out the card was just temporarily lost, but they were very quick to respond, and clear on instructions of what to do next.

Received this card through wife's work. Was told by customer service rep that we could still use the balance of the card through the end of the year. Come to find out that was a lie. The card and balance are only good through the last date of employment. When my wife left the company to stay home with the newborn we had to scramble to find receipts to get reimbursed for the remaining balance on the card.
