Dollar Loan Center in West Jordan, UT

The two girls that were in there were very unprofessional and rude. il never go there again. they were more interested in eating than helping me. worst place to go!!!

Everytime i need some extra cash, i come here. All the staff is very friendly and they treat me very good. The interest rate is very good and compared to others this is the place to come. Thanks for being there when i mostly need it!!

I had a great experience at the Dollar Loan Center. I worked with Kaylee and she was fast, attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what I was signing on to. If I ever need a loan again, I will go back to that center just because of her. Smart woman, great service.

So apparently paying late and paying early is the same thing. I needed a week and a half to pay my payment and i got charged 59.81 in interest which is fine i get I am paying late so i will be penalized. Next payment i pay the loan I pay it 10 days in advance so i call the manger and explain that if i pay it early i wont have to pay the extra 59.81 and she told me yes.. Well now that extra interest for paying it early went to my next payment and Heidi the "MANAGER" tells me tough luck just in a nicer way .. How that hell does that work??
