U.S. Bank Branch in Sunset, UT

Honestly, I probably would have put 5 stars any day before today. Because today, I got the absolute pleasure of dealing with the worst human being I've ever met, Madisen. We went in because an overdraft fee was wrongfully added to our account, and this has happened to us a few times before and they've always corrected it before so it was no big deal. Well today, Madisen wasn't up for treating customer well. Because she decided all of the past fees were our fault as well as this one. We explained to her calmly what happened, and even after acknowledging everything we were saying was in the notes, she decided she was going to say we had no idea what we were talking about. Needless to say, I got angry. She continued to berate us and treated me and my wife terrible. So then I asked for her managers number, and she refused. After I asked enough though she finally said ok, only to give us the manager of a different branch's number. And told us to just go ahead and close our account if we were unhappy. She was the worst and we will never go back there again. Never deal with Madisen.

I have only had positive experiences at this location.
