Called to check inventory and when Shaun realized he wasn't going to make a sale because he didn't have the vehicle he became very sarcastic and literally just hung up on me. Just imagine how he will treat you when you buy a car through him and have a problem.

Me and my husband just got a proved for a car after he was in a bad accident and no one else would approve him, Shawn and Clinton did an amazing job at getting him approved and having the car delivered to him which is amazing if you go here ask for Shawn! He's the best!

this company used to own preferred auto credit in arizona which is where i bought my cadillac cts...at first everything looked amazing i even put a amazing review for this people but within 2 days of having this car the a/c broke so i brought it back to them to make the story short after 3 months of having this car and bringing it every week they supposedly found the issue took 1 week to fix then i started having issues with the driver door that wouldnt open it had to be open from the inside then they where suppose to pay for a hit the car had on the side i took it to get it fixed and when i cameback to the dealership with the invoice they had cleared out! later i found out that elita owned them..then recently i got a letter from the irs demanding i pay 331 in taxes because preferred auto group put my sale through elite in utah! this people are shady i am definetly seeking legal advice because the a/c is once again not working and everything that they where suppose to fix the car still has! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! i will report them to BBB and every other outlet i can report them!
