I recently bought my first home and used Bay Equity out of St George Utah for the loan. This was my first home purchase so the whole experience was very new to me. Little did I know that Bay Equity would be selling my loan to another company, I was okay with this since I was told this is normal. Well what was not explained to me is that they would sell it to a horrible company called Cenlar. I have only had my house for a few months and I have had nothing but issues with Cenlar that still are not resolved, and thanks to Bay Equity selling my loan to them there is nothing them or I can do but refinance the my house. I don't recommend using Bay Equity simple because they only care enough to get your business long enough to sell your loan, after that they no longer care what happens.
