YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS USELESS. IF I WANT TO CALL A LOAN OFFICER AT A SPECIFIC BRANCH, I HAVE TO WAIT 14-20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO COME ON THE PHONE. THEN THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AGAIN WHILE THEY TRANSFER ME. YOU NEED A PHONE SYSTEM THAT LETS YOUR CUSTOMERS CONTACT THE BRANCH DIRECTLY.

I have used America first for years, but I just have to say that 9/10, I hate coming to this branch. The older gentleman, is extremely rude. I have to say that I am truly disappointed in you America first and I will be taking my service elsewhere.

I've been a member for 7 years. Used to be the best credit union and never dreamed of going anywhere else. Now I can't wait for my auto loan to be paid off so I can cancel my membership and not have to deal with their lack of customer service. Went in today to avoid dealing with them over the phone because I've already tried twice to update my address. I talked to a man by the name of Everette who made sure to make me feel like a burden by having him update my address. If you're so miserable there why don't you take your poor attitude somewhere else.
