I worked with them for a "mass home builder" and they did a great job, they stayed on top of me on the information I needed to provide. They helped me close on time and made sure that all the information required at closing was done and we didn't have any last minute problems or anything like that. One thing to keep in mind is that if you want the closing costs in with the loan you need to tell them before hand, it wasn't something they asked me about but something that I had to ask for after the fact. The other thing I noticed was that they were very quick to respond, usually that day or the next. Sometimes they even responded with an hour or two. I guess the only other real complaint I had was with the costs, it seemed a little high and they kept informing me that I could "shop around" and that they would "match competition pricing" but the way that closing costs worked it I wasn't really able to do that. I did a little shopping but nobody said they could give me exact prices and that it would all be "estimates". So I ended up just keeping their rates and hoped that they were reasonable. It was hard to compare apples to apples. So if you're concerned about prices and they tell you they'll match the competition it might be a little harder than you'd expect. I'm sure they would have if I was able to dig up something to compare them with but in the end it wasn't as easy to "shop around" for closing cost prices. All in all they did a great job and I would recommend them to others.
