They almost NEVER answer this phone. I need to speak to humans in Springville, and I only get computers in California. Five minutes later: So, I decide it's urgent enough, I'll ask their stupid computer. After the five minutes of entering numbers, for the one simple question I need answered right now for my business, the lovely computer voice says, "One moment while I connect you with a business banker." AT LAST, I think, but, no. The phone goes dead, and then, I hear a dial tone. This for a "preferred" customer who is supposed to get VIP treatment?

It has its ups and downs! Like every business! Fees that are on the account that charge you for being in service with the bank is annoying not a local owners problem it's a big corporate problem! People are always nice!
